Toenail Fungus Remedy

Unfortunately there are three reasons these pharmaceutical options fall short of the answers you are seeking.

1. They often come with undesirable side effects

2. You usually can't combine them with other pharmaceuticals because of possible interactions that may result

3. They may loose their effects over time as your body becomes immune to them.

Fortunately, many essential oils have anti-fungal properties which are even better suited than pharmaceuticals for destroying dermatophytic fungi, and are not subject to the problems outlined above.

What Causes Toenail Fungus?

Your toes are especially susceptible to fungus because they are constantly exposed to one or more of these conditions. It is important to keep them as dry as possible and cleaned frequently.

To avoid potential infection do the following:

- Wear clean, dry socks and change them daily.

- Wear beach style shoes at public pools

- Choose socks made of breathable material

- Treat cuts promptly and apply protective bandages

- Use Essential Oils

Essential oils can be used for quick relief in the short term and, for a more complete recovery, as a long term strategy.
