Lavender and Chamomile help with anxiety and stress and are known to promote sleep quality which helps prevent as well as recover from seizures.

The soothing scent of Clary Sage helps prevent seizures and the oil can also be used in massage therapy after a seizure occurs.

Frankincense can reduce the activity in the region of your brain that is most likely to cause a seizure. It is also very relaxing and is often used in quiet moments for meditation.

Some oils can trigger a seizure in people suffering from Epilepsy so caution should be taken when using them.
