Roman Chamomile is often referred to as the “plant’s physician” because it benefits and helps nourish neighboring plants.

Roman Chamomile vs German Chamomile

Most people prefer the smell of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil but German Chamomile does have a beautiful sweet herbal chamomile aroma as well.

If you are looking for a strong anti-inflammatory oil, your best bet would be to go with German Chamomile,

but...

If great emotional applications are what you want, you should choose Roman Chamomile

In either case, both oils have wonderful attributes and I suggest you look at them all before you make your final choice.

It is non greasy so it can be used frequently and can be left in your hair to continue protecting you throughout the day.
