Rosewood oil, especially at full strength, is not recommended for very young children, as well.
Rosewood Essential Oil has a high linalool (80-90%) content which makes it very effective at easing conditions such as anxiety and stress.
Mix with aloe and coconut oil at a 50:50 ratio and massage your hands and feet.
Rosewood Essential Oil can be used to fight off a cold or flu because it is known to stimulate the immune system and fight off infections and fevers.
You can also use it in an aromatic bath by adding 10-15 drops in a cup of Epsom Salts to the bath water. Alternately, you can add it to a foot bath.
